Marching

Always mention heel and tiptoe when marching. When counting (in quaver), the "and"(1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and...) must mention heel for every step, the "number"(1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and..) must mention tiptoe. Mention heel and tiptoe, march like a circle and smooth.(try to march you will know it)
